Our lab has stable funding from the NIH for the next five years. You'll be part of a very diverse department and university. You will have opportunities for training and networking with our collaborators at UCLA and UCSC. Training in the Amorim Lab is centered on the individual. My aim as a PI is to support your career development, being that in academia or in the industry. The lab aims to provide a supportive environment for students and researchers of diverse backgrounds, in particular those underrepresented in the STEM fields.
Join us to enjoy all the things L.A. county has to offer, including amazing natural landscapes, the perfect weather, and rich cultural and culinary diversity.
Interested in joining the lab?
We are currently not recruiting graduate students or postdocs. If you are an undergraduate student at CSUN and would like to join the lab, please read this document.
