As a Laboratory Technician, you will be at the forefront of human genomics research, working alongside experienced scientists and supporting faculty in their pursuit of scientific excellence. Your role will involve performing cutting-edge genomics experiments, including building Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) libraries for DNA and RNA sequencing. Your expertise will also be utilized in managing lab ordering and inventory, ensuring smooth operations and seamless execution of experiments.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in biology or a related discipline, along with previous experience in a genetics or molecular biology lab. Experience with NGS is highly preferred.

The position is for a one-year contract with the possibility of extension, and the work schedule is flexible, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
